dwi888 is not liable for losses resulting from system outages, force majeure, or user error. Our aggregate liability to any single user is capped at the net deposits made in the preceding 30 days.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
You must notify dwi888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. dwi888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
dwi888 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal privileges are activated. KYC may also be triggered at dwi888's discretion for accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns or at the request of our compliance team.

dwi888 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the User's own name. Deposits from unrecognized sources may be held pending verification and returned if the source cannot be confirmed.
Users are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or e-wallet provider in connection with deposits. dwi888 does not charge a platform fee for deposits.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the User's own name. dwi888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
dwi888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request and to request additional documentation if deemed necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes.
